1BRIF and CARIF progress显示文摘China Institute of Atomic Energy (CIAE) is currently constructing Beijing rare ion beam facility (BRIF) and is proposing China advanced rare ion beam facility (CARIF). This paper is aiming at introducing the progress of BRIF project and the con ceptual design CARIF. The ISOL type facility BRIF under construction is composed of a 100 MeV 300 ?A proton cyclotron, an ISOL with mass resolution of 20000, and a super-conducting LINAC of 2 MeV/q, and will be commissioned in 2013. CARIF facility proposed is planned to use both ISOL and PF techniques. It is based on a China advanced research reactor CARR that was critical, with ISOL separation of fission fragment, post acceleration to 150 MeV/u, and fragmentation of neu tron-rich fission fragment beam like 132Sn. 5Light Intensity Affects Chlorophyll Synthesis During Greening Process by Metabolite Signal from Mitochondrial Alternative Oxidase in Arabidopsis显示文摘Although mitochondrial alternative oxidase(AOX)has been proposed to play essential roles in high light stress tolerance,the effects of AOX on chlorophyll synthesis are unclear.Previous studies indicated that during greening,chlorophyll accumulation was largely delayed in plants whose mitochondrial cyanide-resistant respiration was inhibited by knocking out nuclear encoded AOX gene.Here we show that this delay of chlorophyll accumulation was more significant under high light condition.Inhibition of cyanide-resistant respiration was also accompanied by the increase of plastid NADPH/NADP^+ratio,especially under high light treatment which subsequently blocked the import of multiple plastidial proteins,such as some components of the photosynthetic electron transport chain,the Calvin-Benson cycle enzymes and malate/oxaloacetate shuttle components.Over expression of AOXla rescued the aoxla mutant phenotype,including the chlorophyll accumulation during greening and plastidial protein import.It thus suggests that light intensity affects chlorophyll synthesis during greening process by a metabolic signal,the AOX-derived plastidial NADPH/NADP^+ratio change.And our results thus revealed a molecular mechanism of chloroplast-mitochondria interactions.ZHANG Dawei YUAN Shu 徐飞 ZHU Feng YUAN Ming YE Huaxun GUO Hongqing LV Xin YIN Yanhai 林宏辉 2015武汉生物工程学院学报2015,,3:2
6Mycorrhizal colonization of chenopods and its influencing factors in different saline habitats, China显示文摘Chenopodiaceae is one of the most important families in arid and saline environments. Several studies have observed the mycorrhizal structure in Chenopodiaceae plants(i.e., chenopods), but the mycorrhizal colonization status of chenopods in saline habitats and the influencing factors are still not well understood. The mycorrhizal colonization of twenty chenopod species in three different saline habitats(a saline alkaline meadow in the Songnen Plain of northeastern China, a saline desert in the Junggar Basin of northwestern China, and a saline alpine meadow in the Tibetan Plateau of western China) and the chenopod-associated environmental factors(including soil moisture, soil available phosphorous(P) concentration, pH, and salt content) were analyzed. Our results showed that approximately 60% of the studied chenopods were colonized by arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM) fungi with a colonization percentage ranging from 5% to 33%. Structural analysis of mycorrhizal association indicated that vesicles were quite common, while arbuscules and hyphal coils were relatively rare. In addition, a positive correlation between mycorrhizal colonization rate and soil electrical conductivity(r=0.920, P<0.01) and two negative correlations of mycorrhizal colonization rates with soil moisture(r= –0.818, P<0.01) and the soil available P concentration(r= –0.876, P<0.01) confirmed that mycorrhizal colonization rate in the roots of chenopods was environment-dependent.ZHAO Yinan YU Hongqing ZHANG Tao GUO Jixun 2017Journal of Arid Land2017,9,1:2

9Optimal car-following control for intelligent vehicles using online road-slope approximation method显示文摘The design of a car-following control system is a multiobjective optimization problem that involves issues in rider safety,ride comfort,and fuel economy.This study proposes a hierarchical design of optimal car-following control where the system is intuitively split into two subsystems with different dynamic properties.Specifically,the high-level subsystem is a linear car-following system with a measurable disturbance of the preceding vehicle’s acceleration,while the low-level subsystem is a nonlinear accelerationtracking system with an unmeasurable road slope.In the design of optimal car-following control,the measurable disturbance of the preceding vehicle’s acceleration is considered from a theoretical perspective,and the unmeasurable road slope is estimated by a novel engineering-oriented approximation method to reduce the influence of driveline oscillation.The performance of the proposed optimal control scheme is evaluated through simulation and real-vehicle experiments,which show that the proposed control algorithm provides a satisfactory road-slope approximation accuracy and that the car-following performance of the proposed optimal control system is better than that of a factory-installed adaptive cruise controller.Hongqing CHU Lulu GUO Hong CHEN Bingzhao GAO 2021Science China(Information Sciences)2021,64,1:1

13Rationally optimized generation of integrated Escherichia coli with stable and high yield lycopene biosynthesis from heterologous mevalonate(MVA)and lycopene expression pathways显示文摘The stability and high productivity of heterogeneous terpenoid production in Escherichia coli expression system is one of the most key issues for its large scale industrialization.In the current study on taking lycopene biosynthesis as an example,an integrated Escherichia coli system has been generated successfully,which resulted into stable and high lycopene production.In this process,two modules of mevalonate(MVA)pathway and one module of lycopene expression pathway were completely integrated in the chromosome.Firstly,the copy number and integrated position of three modules of heterologous pathways were rationally optimized.Later,a strain DH416 equipped with heterogeneous expression pathways through chromosomal integration was efficiently derived from parental strain DH411.The evolving DH416 strain efficiently produced the lycopene level of 1.22 g/L(49.9 mg/g DCW)in a 5 L fermenter with mean productivity of 61.0 mg/L/h.Additionally,the integrated strain showed more genetic stability than the plasmid systems after successive 21st passage.Muhammad Hammad Hussain Qi Hong Waqas Qamar Zaman Ali Mohsin Yanlong Wei Ning Zhang Hongqing Fang Zejian Wang Haifeng Hang Yingping Zhuang Meijin Guo 2021Synthetic and Systems Biotechnology2021,6,2:0
