Land Surface Displacement Geohazards Monitoring Using Multi-temporal InSAR Techniques显示文摘China has been affected by some of the world’s most serious geological disasters and experiences high economic damage every year.Geohazards occur not only in remote areas but also in highly populated cities. In the framework of the Dragon-432365 Project, this paper presents the main results and the major conclusions derived from an extensive exploitation of Sentinel-1,ALOS-2(Advanced Land Observing Satellite 2),GF-3(Gao Fen Satellite 3),and latest launched SAR(Synthetic Aperture Radar),together with methods that allow the evaluation of their importance for various geohazards. Therefore,in the scope of this project, the great benefits of recent remote sensing data(wide spatial and temporal coverage)that allow a detailed reconstruction of past displacement events and to monitor currently occurring phenomena are exploited to study different areas and geohazards problems, including:surface deformation of mountain slopes;identification and monitoring of ground movements and subsidence;landslides;ground fissure;and building inclination studies.Suspicious movements detected in the different study areas were cross validated with different SAR sensors and truth data. | Guang LIU Perski ZBIGNIEW Salvi STEFANO Thiebes BENNI Lixin WU Jinghui FAN Shibiao BAI Lianhuan WEI Shiyong YAN Rui SONG Bignami CHRISTIAN Tolomei CRISTIANO Stefan SCHNEIDERBAUER Joao Sousa JOAQUIM 无 | 2021 | Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2021,4,1: | 13
Investigation on transient electromagnetic scattering from a randomly rough surface and the perfect electric conductor target with an arbitrary cross section above it显示文摘The Time-Domain-Integral-Equation (TDIE) method is proposed to analyze transient scattering interaction between a two-dimensional infinitely long conducting target with an arbitrary cross section and a one-dimensional rough surface. Based on the electric-field-integral-equation in time domain, the explicit and implicit solutions of MOT (Marching-on-time) are derived and presented. The current response at the center of the rough surface and the far electric field response with time in the composite model are calculated and analyzed. The numerical results are compared and verified with those obtained by conventional MOM-IDFT (Method of Moment-inverse discrete Fourier transform). Finally, the influence of the size, the location of the target and the incident angle on the current response and the far electric fields response are discussed in detail. | WANG Rui GUO LiXin LI Juan LIU XiaoYong | 2009 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2009,52,5: | 11
DNA methyltransferases in hematological malignancies显示文摘DNA methyltransferases(DNMTs)are an evolutionarily conserved family of DNA methylases, transferring a methyl group onto the fifth carbon of a cytosine residue. The mammalian DNMT family includes three major members that have functional methylation activities, termed DNMT1,DNMT3A,and DNMT3B.DNMT3A and DNMT3B are responsible for methylation establishment, whereas DNMT1 maintains methylation during DNA replication.Accumulating evidence demonstrates that regulation of DNAmethylation by DNMTs is critical for normal hematopoiesis.Aberrant DNA methylation due to DNMT dysregulation and mutations is known as an important molecular event of hematological malignancies, such as DNMT3A mutations in acute myeloid leukemia. In this reviewwe first describe the basic methylation mechanisms of DNMTs and their functions in lymphocyte maturation and differentiation,We then discuss the current understanding of DNA methylation heterogeneity in leukemia and lymphoma to highlight the importance of studying DNA methylation targets. We also discuss DNMT mu-tations and pathogenic roles in human leukemia and lymphoma. We summarize the recent understanding of how DNMTs interact with transcription factors or cofactors to repress the expression of tumor suppressor genes.Firnally.we highlight current clinical studies using DNMT inhibitors for the treatment of these hematological malignancies. | Nguyet-Minh Hoang Lixin Rui | 2020 | Journal of Genetics and Genomics2020,47,7: | 10

PRMT5 in gene regulation and hematologic malignancies显示文摘Arginine methylation is a common posttranslational modification that governs important cellular processes and impacts development, cell growth, proliferation, and differentiation.Arginine methylation is catalyzed by protein arginine methyltransferases(PRMTs),which are classified as type I and type II enzymes responsible for the formation of asymmetric and symmetric dimethylarginine,respectively.PRMT5 is the main type II enzyme that catalyzes symmetric dimethylarginine of histone proteins to induce gene silencing by generating repressive histone marks, including H2AR3me2s,H3R8me2s,and H4R3me2s.PRMT5 can also methylate nonhistone proteins such as the transcription factors p53,E2F1 and p65.Modifications of these proteins by PRMT5 are involved in diverse cellular processes, including transcription, translation,DNA repair,RNA processing, and metabolism.A growing literature demonstrates that PRMT5 expression is upregulated in hematologic malignancies, including leukemia and lymphoma, where PRMT5 regulates gene expression to promote cancer cell proliferation.Targeting PRMT5 by specific inhibitors has emerged as a potential therapeutic strategy to treat these diseases. | Fen Zhu Lixin Rui | 2019 | Genes & Diseases2019,6,3: | 3

Tetralin Hydrocracking Reaction Network to Single-Ring Aromatics on Bifunctional Catalysts显示文摘Conversion of LCO(light cycle oil)to BTX(benzene, toluene, and xylene)is an economically valuable method for refineries. However, this approach still faces difficulties as the main reactions are not clearly understood. Here we study the detailed hydrocracking pathway of typical reactants,1-methylnaphthalene and tetralin, through molecular simulations and experiments to improve our understanding of the conversion process of LCO to BTX.Molecular simulations demonstrate that the rate-determining step is the isomerization pathway of six-membered ring to five-membered ring in tetralin as its activation energy(ΔEa)is the highest among all the reactions and the order ofΔEa of reactions is isomerization>ring-opening≈side-chain cleavage. The results of experiments show that with the increase in reaction depth,i.e.,through a high temperature(350-370℃)and low LHSV(4.5-6.0 h^(−1)),isomerization,ring-opening,and side-chain cleavage reactions occurred, thus improving the selectivity and yield of alkyl aromatics. | Ju Xueyan Huang Zhen Zhang Rui Wang Lixin Hu zhihai Li Dadong | 2022 | China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2022,24,2: | 1

Consensus on pediatric epilepsy Che up surgery for young children:an investigation by the China Association Against Epilepsy task force on epilepsy surgery显示文摘Researchers have widely acknowledged the therapeutic value of epilepsy surgery for drug-resistant epilepsy.None-theless,there is a substantial gap in the surgical treatment for appropriate candidates owing to several factors, particularly in the population of young children. To standardize the protocols of preoperative evaluation and sur-gery of young children for epilepsy surgery, the China Association Against Epilepsy has appointed an expert task force to standardize the protocols of preoperative evaluation and surgery in pediatric epilepsy patients. It adopted the modifed Delphi method and performed two rounds of surveys through an anonymous inquiry among 75 experts from four subgroups including pediatric neurologists, epileptologists, pediatric epilepsy surgeons, and functional neurosurgeons. The survey contents contained:(1)the participants, comprising children aged≤6 years;(2)adopted DRE definition proposed by the International League Against Epilepsy in 2010;and(3)investigated epilepsy surgery, principally referring to curative epilepsy surgeries. The neuromodulation therapies were excluded because of the differences in treatment mechanisms from the above-mentioned surgeries.According to the Delphi process,a con-sensus was achieved for most aspects by incorporating two rounds of surveys including preoperative assessment,sur-gical strategies and techniques, and perioperative and long-term postoperative management, despite controversial opinions on certain items. We hope the results of this consensus will improve the level of surgical treatment and man-agement of intractable epilepsy in young children. | Lixin Cai Kai Zhang Wenjing Zhou Xiaoqiu Shao Yuguang Guan Tao Yu Ye Wu Shuhua Chen Rui Zhao Shuli Liang Xun Wu Guoming Luan Yuwu Jiang Jianguo Zhang Xiaoyan Liu | 2023 | Acta Epileptologica2023,6,3: | 1
High-Resolution Modeling Study of the Kuroshio Path Variations South of Japan显示文摘A high-resolution ocean general circulation model(OGCM) is used to investigate the Kuroshio path variations south of Japan. The model reproduces many important features of the Kuroshio system including its interannual bimodal variability south of Japan. A decreasing trend of the spatial averaged relative vorticity is detected when the Kuroshio takes the non-large meander(NLM) path, and during the transition period from the NLM to the large meander(LM), a sudden release of velocity shear corresponds well to the weakening of the Shikoku recirculation gyre(SRG), which plays a key role in modulating the Kuroshio path variations. Analysis of eddy energetics indicates that baroclinic instability is mainly responsible for the formation of the LM. In addition, further analysis shows that the strength of the SRG could be largely influenced by the baroclinic Rossby wave adjustment process, forced by the wind stress curl anomalies in the North Pacific basin, based on the model investigation. It is suggested that the cyclonic disturbances might account for the weakening of the SRG, and act as a remote trigger for the baroclinic instability of the Kuroshio south of Japan. | LI Rui ZHANG Zuowei WU Lixin | 2014 | Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2014,31,5: | 1
Investigating the Immunogenic Cell Death‑Dependent Subtypes and Prognostic Signature of Triple‑Negative Breast Cancer显示文摘Recently, immunotherapy has emerged as a promising and efective method for treating triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC).However, challenges still persist.Immunogenic cell death(ICD)is considered a prospective treatment and potential combinational treatment strategy as it induces an anti-tumor immune response by presenting the antigenic epitopes of dead cells.Nevertheless, the ICD process in TNBC and its impact on disease progression and the response to immunotherapy are not well understood. In this study,we observed dysregulation of the ICD process and verifed the altered expression of prognostic ICD genes in TNBC through quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)analysis.To investigate the potential role of the ICD process in TNBC progression,we determined the ICD-dependent subtypes, and two were identifed.Analysis of their distinct tumor immune microenvironment(TIME)and cancer hallmark features revealed that Cluster 1 and 2 corresponded to the immune“cold”and“hot”phenotypes, respectively. In addition,we constructed the prognostic signature ICD score of TNBC patients and demonstrated its clinical independence and generalizability. The ICD score could also serve as a potential biomarker for immune checkpoint blockade and may aid in the identifcation of targeted efective agents for individualized clinical strategies. | Youyang Shi Yuanyuan Wu Feifei Li Kexin Jiang Xiaofang Fang Yu Wang Xiaoyun Song Rui Wang Lixin Chen Jinzhou Zheng Chunyu Wu Yuenong Qin Xiaofei Liu Sheng Liu | 2024 | Phenomics2024,4,1: | 0
Visualization of nasal powder distribution using biomimetic human nasal cavity model显示文摘Nasal drug delivery efficiency is highly dependent on the position in which the drug is deposited in the nasal cavity. However,no reliable method is currently available to assess its impact on delivery performance. In this study,a biomimetic nasal model based on three-dimensional(3D)reconstruction and three-dimensional printing(3DP)technology was developed for visualizing the deposition of drug powders in the nasal cavity. The results showed significant differences in cavity area and volume and powder distribution in the anterior part of the biomimetic nasal model of Chinese males and females. The nasal cavity model was modified with dimethicone and validated to be suitable for the deposition test. The experimental device produced the most satisfactory results with five spray times.Furthermore, particle sizes and spray angles were found to significantly affect the experimental device’s performance and alter drug distribution, respectively.Additionally, mometasone furoate(MF)nasal spray(NS)distribution patterns were investigated in a goat nasal cavity model and three male goat noses, confirming the in vitro and in vivo correlation. In conclusion, the developed human nasal structure biomimetic device has the potential to be a valuable tool for assessing nasal drug delivery system deposition and distribution. | Jiawen Su Yan Liu Hongyu Sun Abid Naeem Huipeng Xu Yue Qu Caifen Wang Zeru Li Jianhua Lu Lulu Wang Xiaofeng Wang Jie Wu Lixin Sun Jiwen Zhang Zhigang Wang Rui Yang Li Wu | 2024 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2024,14,1: | 0
Influence of epitaxial layer structure and cell structure on electrical performance of 6.5 kV SiC MOSFET显示文摘Silicon carbide(SiC)material features a wide bandgap and high critical breakdown field intensity. It also plays an important role in the high efficiency and miniaturization of power electronic equipment. It is an ideal choice for new power electronic devices, especially in smart grids and high-speed trains. In the medium and high voltage fields,SiC devices with a blocking voltage of more than 6.5 kV will have a wide range of applications. In this paper,we study the influence of epitaxial material properties on the static characteristics of 6.5 kV SiC MOSFET.6.5 kV SiC MOSFETs with different channel lengths and JFET region widths are manufactured on three wafers and analyzed. The FN tunneling of gate oxide,HTGB and HTRB tests are performed and provide data support for the industrialization process for medium/high voltage SiC MOSFETs. | Lixin Tian Zechen Du Rui Liu Xiping Niu Wenting Zhang Yunlai An Zhanwei Shen Fei Yang Xiaoguang Wei | 2022 | Journal of Semiconductors2022,43,8: | 0
NOMA-Based Cooperative Relaying Transmission for the Industrial Internet of Things显示文摘With the continuous maturity of the fifth generation(5G)communications,industrial Internet of Things(IIoT)technology has been widely applied in fields such as smart factories. In smart factories,5G-based production line monitoring can improve production efficiency and reduce costs, but there are problems with limited monitoring coverage and insufficient wireless spectrum resources, which restricts the application of IIoT in the construction of smart factories. In response to these problems,we propose a hybrid spectrum access mechanism based on Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access(NOMA)cooperative relaying transmission to improve the monitoring coverage and spectrum efficiency. As there are a large number of production lines that need to be monitored in smart factories,it is difficult to realize real-time monitoring of all production lines due to insufficient wireless resources. Therefore,we divide the production lines into high priority and low priority, and introduce cognitive radio technology to increase the number of monitoring production lines. In order to better describe the wireless fading channel environment in the factory, the two-wave with diffuse power(TWDP)channel is discussed to simulate the real factory environment and the outage probability of the secondary production line data transmission is derived in the proposed mechanism.Compared with the traditional mechanism, the proposed transmission mechanism can ensure the continuity of the secondary transmission, greatly reduce the outage probability of the secondary transmission, and improve the efficiency of the monitoring of the production lines. | Yinghua Zhang Rui Cao Lixin Tian Rong Dai Zhennan Cao Jim Feng | 2022 | Computers, Materials & Continua2022,,12: | 0
