| 2 | Stage-progressive distribution pattern of the Lungmachi black graptolitic shales from Guizhou to Chongqing, Central China显示文摘The Lungmachi Formation is widely distributed in Guizhou, Chongqing and the adjacent area. It is important for the study of Silurian biostratigraphy and shale-gas investigation. Based on those biostratigraphically well-studied sections from Guiyang to Huayingshan, we reveal the stage-progressive distribution pattern of the Lungmachi black shales. The distribution of the Lungmachi black shales in the studying area can be subdivided into four geographic belts from the south to the north,reflecting the joint effect of regional and global environmental changes. The graptolite depth zonation model was adopted herein to infer the water depth of major graptolite assemblages from the black shales. The changes in the water depth indicate two major stages. The first stage is named the transgressive distribution stage which ranged from the Persculptograptus persculptus Biozone(LM1, upper Hirnantian) to the Coronograptus cyphus Biozone(LM5, upper Rhuddanian), an interval mostly controlled by global sea-level rise. However,identifying Actinidia arguta varieties based on morphology is difficult,especially for non-specialists. In this study,we collected 180 specimens comprising 60 varieties of three species( A. arguta,A. kolomikta,and A. polygama) from the Northeast of China. The emphasis of our study was on the feasibility of identifying A. arguta varieties. Here,we used common analysis methods( genetic distance,phylogenetic analysis and the DNA barcoding gap) and SNPs analysis to evaluate the discriminatory power of different DNA barcoding markers. The results revealed that common methods were insufficient to identify A. arguta varieties but SNPs analysis based on DNA barcoden was the potential method for identifying A. arguta varieties. | 16 | Biological Characteristics of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp.niveum Isolated from Watermelon Cultivated in Plastic Greenhouse and Indoor Toxicity Determination of Different Fungicides in Hainan Province of China显示文摘[Objective]The paper was to study biological characteristics of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.niveum in watermelon cultivated in plastic greenhouse in Hainan Province of China and to determine indoor toxicity of fungicides.[Method]Effects of various factors on mycelial growth and spore germination were studied,and the lethal temperature of spores and indoor toxicity of fungicides were also determined.[Result]The fungal mycelium had a better growth rate on watermelon juice medium than the others.The optimum temperature for mycelial growth and spore germination were 28℃and 30℃,and the optimum pH values were7-8 and 7-9,respectively.Light-dark alternation was conducive for mycelial growth.The lethal temperature of spore was 60℃for 5 min.The fungal mycelium grew better while taking fructose and glucose as carbon sources and yeast extract and peptone as nitrogen sources.Toxicity determination showed that 50%prochloraz-manganese chloride complex WP had the greatest inhibition effect on mycelial growth,with the EC50value of 0.730 9μg/mL;followed by 32.5%benzoic azoxystrobin SC,30%benzoylate·propiconazol EC,10%difenoconazole WG,25%bromothalonil·carbendazim WP and 25%bromothalonil WP,with the EC50values from 1.884 7μg/mL to 8.161 0μg/mL.[Conclusion]The study provided basic data for field control against F.oxysporum f.sp.niveum on watermelon cultivated in plastic greenhouse in Hainan Province. | Fan Hongyan Zhou Wenjing Wang Xianghe Luo Zhiwen He Fan | 2013 | Plant Diseases and Pests2013,4,5: | 2 |

| 19 | A surface-eroding poly(1,3-trimethylene carbonate)coating for magnesium based cardiovascular stents with stable drug release and improved corrosion resistance显示文摘Magnesium alloys with integration of degradability and good mechanical performance are desired for vascular stent application.Drug-eluting coatings may optimize the corrosion profiles of magnesium substrate and reduce the incidence of restenosis simultaneously.In this paper,poly(trimethylene carbonate)(PTMC)with different molecular weight(50,000 g/mol named as PTMC5 and 350,000 g/mol named as PTMC35)was applied as drug-eluting coatings on magnesium alloys.A conventional antiproliferative drug,paclitaxel(PTX),was incorporated in the PTMC coating.The adhesive strength,corrosion behavior,drug release and biocompatibility were investigated.Compared with the PLGA control group,PTMC coating was uniform and gradually degraded from surface to inside,which could provide long-term protection for the magnesium substrate.PTMC35 coated samples exhibited much slower corrosion rate 0.05μA/cm^(2)in comparison with 0.11μA/cm^(2)and 0.13μA/cm^(2)for PLGA and PTMC5 coated counterparts.In addition,PTMC35 coating showed more stable and sustained drug release ability and effectively inhibited the proliferation of human umbilical vein vascular smooth muscle cells.Hemocompatibility test indicated that few platelets were adhered on PTMC5 and PTMC35 coatings.PTMC35 coating,exhibiting surface erosion behavior,stable drug release and good biocompatibility,could be a good candidate as a drug-eluting coating for magnesium-based stent. | Hongyan Tang Shuangshuang Li Yuan Zhao Cunli Liu Xuenan Gu Yubo Fan | 2022 | Bioactive Materials2022,7,1: | 1 |
