2Downstaging and resection of hepatocellular carcinoma in patients with extrahepatic metastases after stereotactic therapy显示文摘Background:A combination of tyrosine kinase inhibitors(TKIs)and anti-PD-1 antibodies with local regional therapy has elicited yield substantial clinical benefits in patients who have hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)with extrahepatic metastases.Using this treatment strategy to convert HCC patients with extrahepatic metastases from unresectable to resectable has not yet been reported.Methods:Consecutive hepatocellular carcinoma patients with extrahepatic metastases who received first-line therapy with a combination of TKIs and anti-PD-1 antibodies and at least one local regional therapy were analysed.Results:Nine patients with localized disease who received first-line systemic therapy were enrolled.At baseline,all of them had oligometastatic disease,namely,Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer stage C(or Chinese Liver Cancer stage IIIB).The most common treatment administered was lenvatinib plus anti-PD-1 antibody and transarterial chemoembolization,and the median time span from systemic therapy to surgery was 3.2(IQR,2.8-6.2)months.Three patients achieved a pathological complete response.Six patients underwent laparoscopic surgery,and the other 3 patients underwent open surgery.After a median follow-up of 10.2(IQR,8.6-20.0)months,7 patients survived without disease recurrence,and 2 experienced tumour recurrence.All patients had any-grade AEs,and 55.6%of the patients experienced grade 3 AEs.Fatigue was the most common AE,followed by elevated aminotransferase levels and hypertension.Conclusions:Stereotactic therapy is a feasible conversion therapy for HCC patients with extrahepatic metastases to become resectable.This is the first study to analyse therapeutic outcomes of patients receiving these therapies for HCC with extrahepatic metastases.Xiaobo Yang Haifeng Xu Bangyou Zuo Xu Yang Jin Bian Junyu Long Dongxu Wang Junwei Zhang Cong Ning Yanyu Wang Ziyu Xun Yunchao Wang Xin Lu Yilei Mao Xinting Sang Haitao Zhao 2021Hepatobiliary Surgery and Nutrition2021,10,4:17
3Discriminative graph regularized broad learning system for image recognition显示文摘Broad learning system(BLS) has been proposed as an alternative method of deep learning. The architecture of BLS is that the input is randomly mapped into series of feature spaces which form the feature nodes, and the output of the feature nodes are expanded broadly to form the enhancement nodes, and then the output weights of the network can be determined analytically. The most advantage of BLS is that it can be learned incrementally without a retraining process when there comes new input data or neural nodes. It has been proven that BLS can overcome the inadequacies caused by training a large number of parameters in gradient-based deep learning algorithms. In this paper, a novel variant graph regularized broad learning system(GBLS) is proposed. Taking account of the locally invariant property of data, which means the similar images may share similar properties, the manifold learning is incorporated into the objective function of the standard BLS. In GBLS, the output weights are constrained to learn more discriminative information,and the classification ability can be further enhanced. Several experiments are carried out to verify that our proposed GBLS model can outperform the standard BLS. 4Efficient spectral regulation in Ce:Lu_(3)(Al,Cr)_(5)O_(12) and Ce:Lu_(3)(Al,Cr)_(5)O_(12)/Ce:Y_(3)Al_(5)O_(12) transparent ceramics with high color rendering index for high-power white LEDs/LDs显示文摘Realizing a high color rendering index(CRI)in Ce:LuAG transparent ceramics(TCs)with desired thermal stability is essential to their applications in white LEDs/LDs as color converters.In this study,based on the scheme of configuring the red component by Cr^(3+) doping,an efficient spectral regulation was realized in Ce,Cr:LuAG TCs.A unilateral shift phenomenon could be observed in both photoluminescence(PL)and photoluminescence excitation(PLE)spectra of TCs.By constructing TC-based white LED/LD devices in a remote excitation mode,luminescence properties of Ce,Cr:LuAG TCs were systematically investigated.The CRI values of Ce:LuAG TC based white LEDs could be increased by a magnitude of 46.2%.Particularly,by combining the as fabricated Ce,Cr:LuAG TCs with a 0.5 at% Ce:YAG TC,surprising CRI values of 88 and 85.5 were obtained in TC based white LEDs and LDs,respectively.Therefore,Ce,Cr:LuAG TC is a highly promising color convertor for high-power white LEDs/LDs applied in general lighting and displaying.Tianyuan ZHOU Chen HOU Le ZHANG Yuelong MA Jian KANG Tao LI Rui WANG Jin HUANG Junwei LI Haidong REN Zhenxiao FU Farida ASELIM Ming LI Hao CHEN 2021Journal of Advanced Ceramics2021,10,5:7

6PEPT1-mediated prodrug strategy for oral delivery of peramivir显示文摘Peramivir was a novel and highly potent neuraminidase(NA) inhibitor for the treatment of influenza A and B. However, it exhibited a very low oral bioavailability(only 3%) due to the high polarity(log P of-1.4) and the low membrane permeability across the intestine. To utilize the PEPT1-mediated prodrug strategy to improve the oral absorption and develop the oral alternative, seven amino acid ester prodrugs and seven amino acid amide prodrugs have been synthesized. The permeability of these prodrugs across Caco-2 cells were screened. Peramivr-(CH_2)_2-l-Val and Peramivir-l-Ile were of the highest permeability in ester prodrugs and amide prodrugs, respectively, and then they were selected for further studies. Glycylsarcosine(gly-sar) uptake by Caco-2 could be inbihited by Peramivir-(CH_2)_2-l-Val and Peramivir-l-Ile in a concentration-dependent manner, and the IC 50 was 1.34 ± 0.31 m M and 1.78 ± 0.48 m M, respectively. The direct uptake of Peramivir-(CH_2)_2-l-Val and Peramivirl-Ile in MDCK-PEPT1 cells were significantly higher than in MDCK mock cells, and could be markedly inhibited by gly-sar. The uptake of Peramivir-(CH_2)_2-l-Val and Peramivir-l-Ile(0.01 to 50 m M) in MDCK-hPEPT1 cells conformed to Michaelis–Menten Equation. The oral bioavailability of peramivir was 65.3% and 37.3% after the oral administration of Peramivir-(CH_2)_2-l-Val and Peramivir-l-Ile to rats, respectively. The oral absorption and bioactivation of Peramivir-(CH_2)_2-l-Val was rapid and extensive, and no Peramivir-(CH_2)_2-l-Val was found in plasma. Because the amide bond was relatively stable, Peramivir-l-Ile could not be totally converted to the parent drug in vivo. Peramivir-(CH_2)_2-l-Val with good oral profiles and rapid bioactivation might be a promising prodrug for the further clinic development. 7Influence of nano-diamond content on the microstructure,mechanical and thermal properties of the ZK60 composites显示文摘The effect of nano diamond(ND)content on the microstructure,mechanical properties,and thermal conductivity of ZK60+x(x=0,0.05,0.1,0.15,0.2 wt.%)ND composites were investigated.The microstructures of ND/ZK60 composites were observed,which indicated that the nanoscale MgZn_(2) and ND particles distributed evenly in theα-Mg matrix.The tensile yield strength(TYS)and compressive yield strength(CYS)of the composites first increased remarkably and then decreased with further increasing the ND content.Due to the surface area of the matrix-diamond interface increased and the grains sizes of composites decreased with the amount of ND increase,which cause the coefficient of thermal expansion(CTE)of the composites reduced significantly.Meanwhile,the thermal conductivity of the composite material decreases from 129 W·m^(−1)·K^(−1) to 116 W·m^(−1)·K^(−1) with the content of ND increasing from 0.05%to 2.0%.The thermal conductivity of the composites increases to the maximum and then decrease with the increase of temperature(in temperature range of 273-573 K).The ZK60+0.05 ND showed superior mechanical and thermal conductivity property,TYS of 343.97 MPa,CYS of 341.74 MPa,elongation of 15.71%,CTE of 7.3×10^(−6)K^(−1),and thermal conductivity of 129 W·m^(−1)·K^(−1) at room temperature.It is demonstrated that the ND content has an obvious influence on the microstructure,mechanical properties,and thermal conductivity of ND/ZK60 composites.Hongbin Ma Jinhui Wang Hongyu Wang Ningning Dong Junwei Zhang Peipeng Jin Yong Peng 2022Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2022,10,2:3

13A new global gridded sea surface temperature product constructed from infrared and microwave radiometer data using the optimum interpolation method显示文摘A new 0.1° gridded daily sea surface temperature(SST) data product is presented covering the years 2003–2015. It is created by fusing satellite SST data retrievals from four microwave(Wind Sat, AMSR-E, ASMR2 and HY-2 A RM)and two infrared(MODIS and AVHRR) radiometers(RMs) based on the optimum interpolation(OI) method. The effect of including HY-2 A RM SST data in the fusion product is studied, and the accuracy of the new SST product is determined by various comparisons with moored and drifting buoy measurements. An evaluation using global tropical moored buoy measurements shows that the root mean square error(RMSE) of the new gridded SST product is generally less than 0.5℃. A comparison with US National Data Buoy Center meteorological and oceanographic moored buoy observations shows that the RMSE of the new product is generally less than 0.8℃. A comparison with measurements from drifting buoys shows an RMSE of 0.52–0.69℃. 14Applying deep neural networks to the detection and space parameter estimation of compact binary coalescence with a network of gravitational wave detectors显示文摘In this paper, we study an application of deep learning to the advanced laser interferometer gravitational wave observatory(LIGO)and advanced Virgo coincident detection of gravitational waves(GWs) from compact binary star mergers. This deep learning method is an extension of the Deep Filtering method used by George and Huerta(2017) for multi-inputs of network detectors.Simulated coincident time series data sets in advanced LIGO and advanced Virgo detectors are analyzed for estimating source luminosity distance and sky location. As a classifier, our deep neural network(DNN) can effectively recognize the presence of GW signals when the optimal signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) of network detectors ≥ 9. As a predictor, it can also effectively estimate the corresponding source space parameters, including the luminosity distance D, right ascension α, and declination δ of the compact binary star mergers. When the SNR of the network detectors is greater than 8, their relative errors are all less than 23%.Our results demonstrate that Deep Filtering can process coincident GW time series inputs and perform effective classification and multiple space parameter estimation. 166-15 Status Report of On-line Ion Sources in 2015显示文摘In 2015, the service time of the two on-line ion sources of HIRFL-CSR accelerator facility, SECRAL and LECR3, is 3 335.5 and 3 168.5 h, respectively, amouting to 6 504 h. 17N-Heterocycles Extended π-Conjugation Enables Ultrahigh Capacity,Long-Lived,and Fast-Charging Organic Cathodes for Aqueous Zinc Batteries显示文摘The aqueous zinc-organic battery is a promising candidate for large-scale energy storage.However,the rational design of advanced organic cathodes with high capacity,long lifespan,and high rate capability remains a big challenge.Herein,we propose that extending theπ-conjugation by N-heterocycles can provide more active sites,lead to insolubility,and facilitate charge transfer,thus boosting the overall electrochemical performance of organic electrodes.Based on this concept,a novel organic compound,dipyrido[3ʹ,2ʹ:5,6;2″,3″:7,8]quinoxalino[2,3-i]dipyrido[3,2-a:2ʹ,3ʹ-c]phenazine-10,21-dione(DQDPD),has been rationally designed and evaluated as the cathode for aqueous zinc batteries.Excitingly,DQDPD shows a record high capacity(509 mAh g^(−1) at 0.1 A g^(−1),corresponding to a record-breaking energy density of 348 Wh kg^(−1)),excellent cycling stability(92%capacity retention after 7500 cycles at 10 A g^(−1)),and fast-charging capability(161 mAh g^(−1) at 20 A g^(−1)).Our work offers new ideas in the molecular engineering of organic electrodes for high-performance rechargeable batteries.Huiling Peng Jin Xiao Zhonghan Wu Lei Zhang Yaheng Geng Wenli Xin Junwei Li Zichao Yan Kai Zhang Zhiqiang Zhu 2023CCS Chemistry2023,5,8:0
18Identification of the Diterpenoids Produced by Endophytic Fungus of Torreya fargesii and Its Inhibitory Effect on Hela Cells显示文摘[Objectives] The purpose of this study is to dissociate endophytic fungus producing diterpenoids from Torreya fargesii tissue and examines its inhibiting effect on tumor cells. [Methods]Plant endophytes were isolated and purified to study their resistance to Gram-positive( G+) and Gram-negative bacteria( G-). High performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) was used for analysis of the retention time,relative peak area and percentage content of its metabolite. By liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry( HPLC-MS),the material characteristic of the ion pair information of the metabolites was measured. The bacterial strain was also classified. [Results] The results showed that the secondary metabolites produced by the strain BP6 T3 possessed double resistance to G+and G-bacteria. The strain was identified as Penicillium sp by preliminary classification. Through HPLC analysis,the retention time of fermentation extracts was 12. 8 min with almost the same as the standard of taxol. According to the chromatograph,the relative peak area was 12 887. 11,the average relative percentage was about 15. 8%,and the content of taxol analogs in fermentation broth reached 16. 59 mg/L. The material characteristic of the formation of ion fragments of taxane analogues in metabolic extracts was identical to that of the taxol standard determined by HPLC-MS. It can be initially determined that strain BP6 T3 can produce taxane compounds. Taxol substance produced by this strain had obvious inhibitory effect on Hela cells with the concentration increasing. Different precursors had a significant effect on the production of paclitaxel metabolites in this strain. L-phenylalanine was used as the precursor and the yield increased most,with an increase rate of 425. 7%. 20Optimizing the configuration of a clearwell by integrating pilot and full-scale tracer testing显示文摘In this paper,the main factors impacting the plug flow pattern of a clearwell were investigated by integrating pilot-scale,full-scale clearwell tracer testing and computa-tional fluid dynamics(CFD)simulation.It was found that pilot tracer testing,full-scale tracer testing and CFD simulation all demonstrated that the correlation between the ratio of t_(10)/T and L/W can be approximately expressed by:t_(10)/T=0.1894ln(L/W)−0.0494.This study confirmed that the installation of baffles within clearwells is an efficient way to optimize their configuration.In addition,the inlet velocity has a minimal contribution to the ratio of t_(10)/T.However,the ratio of turning channel width to channel width(d/W)significantly contributes to the ratio of t_(10)/T.The optimal ratio of d/W is 0.8-1.2 for maintaining better plug flow pattern.The number of turning channels is one of the main factors that impact the ratio of t_(10)/T.When increasing the number of turning channels,a lower ratio of t_(10)/T is obtained.LIU Wenjun DU Zhipeng JIN Junwei 2007Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2007,1,3:0
